A Little About Us

Visionary InSite was developed for a singular purpose: to support small and mid-size organizations in leveraging the latest in business intelligence technology, in a secure fashion, in a cost-effective manner. 

There was a time when you could just dedicate more hours to business and could foster its growth, but you have far surpassed that point. You now have data related data in several places and you don’t the the time or inclination to learn about cloud storage, data security and how to effectively structure and implement and maintain a business intelligence solution.   

The good news is that is our passion. 

We will dedicate ourselves to learning your business and information, and design and implement an innovative solution that overcomes your current technological barriers, streamlining and integrating your critical data for improved access, ease of use and decision-making.

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPLE

Philip Markuson, CEO

Phil is an experienced business leader, working in businesses small and large, with experience across several industries and responsibilities covering the spectrum of organizational functions.  He’s performed M&A and business development for companies including Occidental Petroleum, Waste Management and OfficeMax, and negotiated agreements and developed KPIs for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Phil developed and led a $250 million start-up in the distribution industry, and is an experienced real estate investor. 

He has an undergraduate degree in engineering from Purdue University and a masters degree in finance from The University of Chicago. When not engaged with clients or in a board room, you will likely find him on a tennis court in the greater Nashville area.
